Conrad (DJ Rad) Almonacy

Triple Beam Team Production Member D.J.Rad started producing music in 1996 in the basement of the Triple Beam Team studio with production partner Johnny Quest. Rad then started DJ'ing at live venues for the 1990 Atlantic recording artist Wyze Guyz and Uptown (MCA) group Lost Boyz who were local rap acts out of South Jamaica Queens at the time. During the time of DJ’ing at parties and shows at the infamous Nottington Townhouse and Elks Lodge in queens Rad went on to teach himself the art of producing tracks. Learning hands on with the help of the legendary Jam Master Jay of the group Run DMC, Kool T from the 1986 (RAL/Def Jam Records) group The Afros and producer Crush Master out of the music building (now defunct) in Jamaica Queens.

Rad went on to produce numerous tracks with Guru and the Group Home that ended up on their gold European release "A Tear For The Ghetto" on Freeze Records. He then became the group’s official tour DJ and toured Europe and Asia with Group Home and Guru for Guru’s 1993’s Jazzmatazz album.

Wayne (Lord Have Mercy) Notise
Artist/Song Writer

Wayne Notise known as Lord Have Mercy, a former member of Busta Rhymes group Flipmode Squad, made his first appearance on the Busta Ryhmes platinum debut album "The Coming" released in the year 1996. Following the success of "The Coming" Lord again appeared on Busta's second album "When Disaster Strikes" in 1997 as well as the third album "E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) released in 1998 with his fellow Flipmode Squad both selling at platinum. Later that year Flipmode Squad released their debut gold selling album "The Imperial". At this point Lord Have Mercy was well recognized for his deep distinctive rhyme flow and had much more to say on this album then he did on previous releases using many clever techniques of his style. Lord became a household name !!!. Lord later on signed a solo deal with Elektra Entertainment however the album never released and later disbanded himself from the group Flipmode Squad. At this time Lord was sought after and appeared on several artist album such as M.O.P. & Method Man just to name a few.

After a four year hiatus Lord returned back on the scene with the launch of his record label Sword "n" Shield Records in which he released his first mixtape cd album entitled "Runaway Slave". The reason for the prolonged break was because I wanted to come back on my own terms", explains Lord. He also mentions that the mix cd was basically to reintroduce himself and show what he has been doing for the past four years to his fans.

Sword "n" Shield Records is still under construction due to the film and production endeavors to accompany the label.

Now in a better situation, he can freely talk about issues that he feels can help the current state of hip-hop, which he feels is disgusting. To hear clips of Lord's recent works you can go to his website www.lordhave.com

Kareem (Q Da Kid) Savage
Recording Artist

Kareem (Q Da Kid) Savage was born and raised in the heart of Brooklyn New York. The former member of Universal/Violator Records recording duo "Da Franchise" put in continuous work along with his group members Red Café and Gravy to achieve stardom. After releasing enough underground independent records to give the group a head start to their goals their current deal with Violator records had eventually folded. Da Franchise was later dismantled.

Q Da Kid heavily took advantage of the fame he’s accumulated during his path with the group Da Franchise to the point he wanted to pursue a solo career. He began performing at local clubs in order to maintain his reputation and love for music and during that time he walked into his big break after meeting with Hip Hop mogul Jermaine Dupri. After seeing Q’s performance at a night club JD was fascinated and later took the soon to be super star under his wing. Jermaine began to have Q record songs one in which featured on Da Brats 2003 album "World Premiere” and Drumline the original soundtrack released in 2002. During Q’s time under the wing of super producer JD’s company So So Def Q has been circulating on multiple mix tapes and street dvd’s.
